  • Consequences of False or Incomplete Information: IM reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without notice if the provided information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete. Any paid membership fees will be forfeited.
  • Duplicate Profiles: Registration of duplicate profiles is prohibited.
  • Purpose of Membership: Membership is solely intended for marriage purposes. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  1. Eligibility

  • Indian Nationals and Citizens: Only Indian nationals and citizens are eligible for membership.
  • Age: Members must be at least 18 years old (for women) or 21 years old (for men).
  • Divorce: Individuals awaiting divorce can register by indicating their status.
  • Legal Competency: Non-Indian residents must be legally competent to marry according to their local laws and comply with Indian laws for marrying an Indian person.
  • Consent for Registration: Individuals creating profiles on behalf of others must have their consent.

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Personal Information: IM does not share your personal information with anyone else without your permission. It is only shared with other IM members or partner websites.
  • Data Security: IM does not sell, rent, or give away your personal information. However, we may disclose your information if required by law.

  1. Service Use and Limitations

  • Personal Use Only: Membership is for personal use only. Sharing or transferring your account is not permitted.
  • Not a Matchmaker: IM is an information exchange platform, not a matchmaking agency.
  • Right to Outsource: IM may outsource services without disclosure. Membership rights and responsibilities remain solely with IM.
  • No Warranty: IM disclaims all warranties regarding the service’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Limited Liability: IM is not responsible for the truthfulness of member-provided documents, accuracy of data, viruses, or any damages arising from site usage.

  1. Indemnity

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IM from any losses, liabilities, or claims arising from your breach of the agreement.

  1. Termination and Policy Changes

  • Termination: Either party may terminate membership with written notice. IM can terminate or suspend profiles for breaches, and membership fees will not be refunded.
  • Policy Changes: IM reserves the right to modify site policies, terms, and conditions at any time.

  1. Fair Usage Policy (for Unlimited Packages)

  • Package Expiry: Packages expire after marriage, two years from purchase, 90 days of phone number inactivity, or profile deletion/suspension.
  • Validity Extension: To extend validity after exhausting phone views, a new package is required. Extending validity after two years requires proof of unmarried status and ID submission.
