Please note that all membership fees paid to Irukarangal Matrimony (IM) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Non-Refundable Fees

  • No Refunds: All payments made for memberships or services are final and non-refundable. This applies to all users, regardless of circumstances.

  1. Cancellations

  • Membership Termination: If your membership is terminated by IM for breach of terms or by your own request, no refunds will be issued.

  1. Extending Membership

  • Package Validity: If you need to extend your membership or purchase a new package after your current one expires, additional fees will apply. There are no refunds for unused portions of a package.

  1. Special Cases

  • Force Majeure: IM is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cybercrimes, or other force majeure events. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
